Our Response to Coronavirus / Covid-19 & How We’ve Adapted
The health, safety and wellbeing of all of our employees, our clients and the communities in which we serve are extremely important to us. We continue to be responsive and adapt our working practices to be able to serve clients in the safest way possible during the covid-19 pandemic.
DPH Legal has remained fully functional during the Covid-19 outbreak. All of our lawyers work both from home as well as safely and securely on occasion in the office and the client service levels have remained seamless and uninterrupted.
The firm has continued to thrive during this period and has continued without interruption to provide exceptional levels of service to all of its clients without being adversely impacted by the virus or prejudicing client safety.
The firm’s leading IT support function has ensured that client confidentially remains our number one priority regardless of whether services are rendered from a lawyer’s home address or from one of the firm’s offices.
All of our IT systems holding client data are protected with the highest level of security.
All of the firm’s offices operate within a strictly Covid secure environment for the protection of our clients so that in the rare circumstances that in-person meetings are requested we can provide these safely and securely.
We can conduct meetings via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype or any other online video conferencing platform at our client’s discretion.
We have systems in place to enable the completion of matters via virtual meetings as well as digital signatures which have avoided delays that may have been experienced at other firms during the outbreak. We are committed to offering the highest level of client care and this has remained the case throughout the pandemic.
Despite the many changes we’ve had to make, we continue to provide an excellent service to all of our clients. We are doing everything we can to provide digital correspondence in order to minimise paper handling wherever possible.
Our covid-19 secure working practices are continually reviewed and adjusted in line with the Government’s recommendations.
